Bison Bag has set a level of commitment towards Quality control that is second to none. There is a full staff of QC personnel, in addition to every team member’s commitment, dedicated to making your product accurately within your specifications. Depending on your product, all the necessary tests are done to make sure it is properly packaged. The following testing is done in house to ensure the highest level of quality:
- X-rite Specrodensitometer is used to control color matching
- Video inspection detection system to ensure consitant print quality across the web
- Light controlled lab is used to keep colors neutral
- SPEC computer controlled ink mixing system to generate accurate colors
- Burst testing to check the integrity of seals
- Elongation testing
- Zipper strength & bonding testing
- Specification templates are used to keep tolerances
